Revampt Dress Agency Terms & Conditions
Before we accept items from a client, we ask that they read and agree to the following terms.
1. Stock Intake.
Stock is accepted Mondays only, between 10:00am – 4:00pm
Summer stock is accepted from April – August.
Winter stock is accepted from September – March
All clothes must be in season when brought in.
2. What We Accept.
We hand-pick each item for the shop
We accept garments that are:
Current style (no more than 4 years old).
Designer, unique, or vintage.
From selected high street designer brands (e.g., Zara, Cos, Mango, Never Fully Dressed, Nobodys Child, Monki, Next, Urban Outfitters M&S).
We do not accept:
Low-budget fashion or supermarket brands (e.g., Shein, Boohoo, H&M, New Look, Dorothy Perkins, Primark).
Sleepwear, swimwear, or lingerie.
3. Item Condition.
All items must be:
- Ready to wear and in immaculate/great condition.
- Freshly laundered and ironed where possible.
- Free from stains, blemishes, bobbling, smoke, or other odours.
- With buttons, zips, collars, and cuffs intact and in good condition
We reserve the right to refuse any item that we believe we cannot sell or which does not meet our standards.
4. Pricing
Revampt will advise clients on Thursday & Friday what price they feel is realistic and achievable before the item is made available for sale.
Clients with a minimum price in mind should confirm this at the time of booking in.
Revampt reserves the right to:
Reduce prices after 4 weeks on the shop floor.
Apply seasonal reductions, sales, or promotions without notice.
Apply an additional discount of up to 10% to secure a sale.
5. Display Period.
All items are sold on a 50/50 commission split (50% to the client, 50% to Revampt).
Commission over £30 will be paid by bank transfer.
Commission must be claimed within 6 months of the sale date.
6. Display Period.
Items are displayed for 6 weeks total:
First 4 weeks: full price.
Final 2 weeks: may be reduced in price
Items may also be displayed at external events or advertised online (e.g., Facebook, website).
7. Collection of Unsold Items
Clients must collect unsold items within two weeks of the agreed collection date or missed collection appointment.
Any items not collected within this time become property of Revampt and may be sold at a reduced price or donated to charity.
Please telephone before collection to check the status of your items.
No reminders will be issued for collection.
8. Ownership & Liability.
All items remain the property of the client until sold.
All items are left at the client’s own risk.
Revampt cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage while items are in our possession.
Revampt has no affiliation with the brands we sell.
9. Acceptance of Terms.
Upon bringing items to Revampt, clients will be issued a personal registration card detailing:
Number of items accepted.
Agreed collection date.
Acceptance of this card is deemed as acceptance of these terms.
